We have lots of experience utilizing offshore resources. We can help you find a reputable resource for contract work, and even manage the resource for you. Many of our clients use offshore resources, but they do not want handle international payments, so we simplify that process by sending them a US invoice, and we take care of paying the offshore resources.
One of the things we do really well, is project manage application development projects. We have managed over 25,000 hours of development projects. Some of our clients know exactly what they want their application to do, but do not know how to draft a detailed scope document, communicate requirements to developers, manage staff, test changes, and complete the work. Other clients want their business processes to be more efficient, but they do not understand the technology enough to know where to begin.

Chris is an IT Executive and Entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in information technology. Chris founded CMH Technology Consulting, Inc. in 2010, to provide information technology consulting to small and mid-size companies.
Prior to founding CMH, Chris served as the Chief Information Officer of Closerv, LLC where he was instrumental in building a complex CRM and Workflow Management application that provided real-time statistical data to mortgage and title professionals, as well as processed over $11 billion in settlement transactions.
Chris has previously served as the Chief Information Officer of Lenox Financial Mortgage, The Griddd, Inc., and Cogent Closing Associates. He and his team strived to think, "How do we do this better and more efficiently than anyone else". Chris has also been involved with a number of startups in social media, healthcare, and legal services, and has extensive knowledge with getting new businesses “off the ground”.
Formerly a Delivery Project Executive with IBM, Chris spent 10 years managing service delivery for large IT outsourcing contracts, in US and Europe.
Chris holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University.
